The Arctic Energy Alliance champions the auspiciously named (CREEEP) Community Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Meetings. These meetings provide an opportunity for people in the private and public sectors to compare notes and find ways of supporting each other to get Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy projects operating successfully in NWT communities outside of Yellowknife.

The CREEEP group last met on November 6th, 2012 for about two hours. In attendance were Aleta Fowler of CanNor, Louie Azzolini, Linda Todd and Marie-Soleil Lacoursiere of AEA, Wade Carpenter of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Sarah Brown of the NWT Association of Communities, Shauna Morgan of the Pembina Institute, and Myra Berrub of the NWT Power Corporation.
