Request for Proposals from Electrical Contractors: IPLC Automated Vehicle Plug-in Controller Upgrades

In June 2022 the Arctic Energy Alliance (AEA) published an call for expressions of interest, circulated throughout the NWT, to identify building owners interested in upgrading their buildings with the IPLC automated vehicle plug-in controllers. As a result, participating building owners were identified in the communities of Hay River, Wekweeti, Fort Providence and Inuvik. The buildings within these communities have been detailed within the RFP documents, which can be downloaded below. Note that there is one document for Hay River, Wekweeti and Fort Providence, and a separate document for Inuvik.

We are currently seeking proposals from electrical contractors to supply and install energy-efficient automated vehicle plug-in controllers in a number of buildings and parking lots in these communities. The installations must be complete by December 31st , 2022.
